Tech Bridge –Leftovers are always better…Vietnamese BBQ Pork Sandwiches for ONLY $2 in Mr. V’s room, room 221. Today and TODAY ONLY!!!

 

Chinese Cultural Club –Our Yearbook photo will be this Thursday during lunch in Mrs. Chen-Chow’s room. If you have a CCC T-shirt please wear it.

 

GATE –There will be a meeting today during lunch in Ms. Price’s room.

 

Korean Cultural Club –There will be a KCC meeting this Wednesday. We will discuss the upcoming Food Faire. New members are always welcome!!!

 

Congratulations to the both Boys Soccer Teams -The Frosh/Soph beat So. City 2 - 0.  Kevin Kenny finished in to goal in the first half and Justin Andrade sealed the deal with a beautiful assist from Rob Thorgensen and kicked the ball over the goalie’s head into net.  Come support both teams tomorrow as they take on Westmoor at home for their last match of the season. GO VIKINGS!!!!

 

Poly Boys –The International Assembly is next Friday! Anyone interested in performing the Haka should come by the front of the Math hall today at lunch to sign up or see Ms. Wiard. The Haka is a fun way to experience the Polynesian culture.

 

FHA-HERO –Congratulations to all participants in FHA-HERO Region 5 meeting and Competition held on Saturday. Participants included Kristy Chong, Majdolene Dajan, Jenny Fang, Samantha Ho, Brittney Hung, Elizabeth Ko, Esther Lam, Kara McGee, Sandra Shu, Nick Soo, Kristen Szeto, Nicole Wong and Priscilla Young. They came home with medals!!! Mills should be proud!!!

 

Leadership Class –Are you interested in running for ASB? There will be a meeting during lunch on Friday, February 19th in room 152 for all students interested in running! This meeting is mandatory if you want to run!

 

Scholarship of the Day is the “Shell Oil Company Technical Scholarship” –The Shell Oil Company Technical Scholarship Program focuses on developing talent in the engineering and geosciences fields. The Scholarship Award is $2,500. Apply by February 28th 2012.

 

Reminder to Seniors -The “Community College Overview” Workshop is this Thursday, February 16th during 4th period in the Career Center! If you have not turned in your field trip form, please do so ASAP to Ms. Wong.
